The purpose of the Tribunal is to adjudicate on charges of professional misconduct laid against health practitioners.

- Four anesthetic technicians.
- Four Chinese medicine practitioners.
- One dental hygienist.
- Two dental technicians.
- Three dental therapists.
- Two dispensing opticians.
- Two nurses.
- Eight medical practitioners.
Under section 86 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 , members of a Responsible Authority board are not eligible to be members of the Tribunal.
